Review: Kiehls Pineapple Papaya Facial Scrub

As I’ve harped on about the last few months, I’ve been trying to perfect my skincare routine.
Another item that I feel is vital in my routine is a good facial scrub. My skin can get dry and flaky so a scrub is needed to get rid of that dead and scaly skin. I’ve tried numerous scrubs in the past but so far, this Kiehls Pineapple Papaya one is my favourite.

Some scrubs can be very harsh and abrasive which can leave my face feeling a bit sore and raw. What I love about the Kiehls one is that it is very creamy.  This results in it scrubbing the skin very softly and gently while still managing to get rid of the dead skin.

There isn’t an overpowering scent from it, just a very faint fruity scent.

Price wise it is £24 for 100ml from House of Fraser, which is steep but it will last you ages as you only need a small piece for each use.

I use this 2-3 times a week and I have found it has made a difference to my skin. More importantly, I can put on my moisturiser after using it without it stinging raw skin!!

  1. I've never used Kiehls, but I've heard nothing but good about them! x
